Fantastic place all around. They have a handful of parking spaces including some handicapped spots in front of the building but they also have parking around the corner that’s a small gravel parking lot. A group of 4 at 8:30pm on a Saturday and ordered and got our ice cream within 10 minutes. It’s great small business to go with and it’s run exceptionally well. The Carmel Apple Delight was fantastic and would definitely get it again. From left to right in the picture we have 2 scoops of Cookie Dough, A 20oz of Carmel Apple Delight stuffed snowball, and 2 scoops of Moose tracks.

Absolutely incredible experience at Ducky’s Ice Cream today! I’m an Amazon driver and happened to deliver a package there…. and I’m so glad I did. The owner (Don) and one of the employees kindly offered me a soft serve cone, and I have to say: it was the best soft serve I’ve ever had. Smooth, rich, and absolutely perfect on such a hot day…it completely made my day and I will always remember this shift haha They were so kind and welcoming, and even took a moment to chat and share more about their ice cream. The shop itself is super fun and bright inside…definitely a great spot for families. I’m not from the area, but this place left such an impression on me that I’ll absolutely be back again and again. If you’re anywhere nearby, you need to stop by Ducky’s. You won’t regret it! (I enjoyed my ice cream on my break don’t worry :) eating and driving is not safe)

Love, love this place. The banana pudding ice cream keeps me coming back every other night. They have many varieties to choose from. You can't go wrong with any of them. And the game room is always busy and we love the chairs to sit , relax and watch traffic go by. And the high-school young adults have ALWAYS been AMAZING!!!

The perfect Summer treat! We enjoyed a delicious Banana Split while hanging out in the game room. We chatted with other families and enjoyed the fun atmosphere. We plan to go back and try a Ducky's Snowball, a Louisiana inspired icecream, unique to Troy! If you are looking for a place with great icecream, good customer service and family fun - this is the place!

Great ice cream shop with a variety of flavors to choose from. The service is always friendly, and the line moves steadily, so the wait isn’t long. The inside space is a bit cramped for ordering, but it works since things keep moving. Parking is limited, though — you may need to park on the street. Overall, it's worth the stop for a good treat!

My partner and I went there once when it was really crowded but got ice cream that was delicious. We're 'seasoned' people, AKA 'older' So when I was driving around running errands for him I saw that the place wasn't crowded at all, so I jumped at the chance. Got to talking with the manager who said they were closed, understood why I was confused because the game area door was open. Very personable guy. Invited me in and got me an ice cream cone on the house. It was a huge scoop of salted caramel vanilla, and SO GOOD! I live in Columbus, and I consider Ducky's to be as good as, if not better than Jennie's and Graeter's. And definitely better priced, all in all. I highly recommend it!

Very good sweet treat! Super friendly, hard working staff! My only suggestion is to update the AC unit inside. It melted the ice cream before it was even served. Overall it was DELICIOUS!! I 10/10 recommend the Quackwich and any flavor of ice cream! The staff gave good recommendations on what to put on top of each one! We sat outside and enjoyed the unique atmosphere! We will definitely go back.
